Margaret W. “Peg” Snader March, 94, of Enola passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at Claremont Nursing and Rehab, Carlisle, PA.

Peg was born on March 5, 1920 in New Holland, PA

She was married on June 4, 1938 to Ralph U. March.

Peg had been an active member of the Mary Schaner Senior Citizens Center in Enola, and The Loyal Order of Moose, Marysville. She also enjoyed traveling, craft activities, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

She is predeceased by her husband, Ralph U., a son, James Albert, a daughter, Mary C. Wildermuth, and 4 sisters; Dorothy Oreszko, Helen Kunkle, Kathryn Connor, and Elizabeth Lichty.

Surviving are 2 sons, Patrick L. and Ralph E., and their wives Elizabeth and Karen, respectively; 3 daughters, Peggy Ann Hamaker, Shirrell Keck, and Jane M. Bowers and husband Richard F. Bowers, Sr.

She will also be missed by her 9 grandchildren, John, Sherry, Raymond, Brian, Kerry, Christopher, Trevor, Richard, Richard F., Jr., 15 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 from 1PM-2PM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 225 Salt Rd., Enola, PA 17025.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2PM.

Burial will be private at the convenience of the family in Rolling Green Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Alzheimer’s Association 2595 Interstate Dr., Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110; Heartland Hospice Services, 1200 Walnut Bottom Rd., Suite 302, Carlisle, PA 17015; or Claremont Nursing and Rehab-Activities Dept., 1000 Claremont Rd., Carlisle, PA 17013.

The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the wonderful staff of Claremont Nursing and Heartland Hospice for their care and dedication to our mother.
